•Commercial
with CFI, military or airline IP recommended
•1000
hours TT
•30
hours as a FAST-rated Wing Pilot
•Demonstrate
proficiency in each position of a 4-ship
•Complete
a Lead Upgrade Program
•Member
of a signatory organization
•Recommendation
by a qualified Lead
•Pass
the checkride, leading a 4-ship
*If the check ride is accomplished as a 2-ship, the card
will be issued as Element Lead Only
