Old Standards
•CFI, Military or air carrier IP is recommended
•Commercial license
•1000 hours TT
•300 hours complex time
•75 hours of formation time
•Wing Rated for one year
•15 hours/10 flights is a 4-ship
•Qualified and logged formation T.O
•Recommendation by current Lead or Check Pilot
•Member of a signatory
•Pass the checkride
