      11. TRARON EVENT PARTICIPATION

      Requirements to participate in non-CAF aircraft at CAF TRARON events.

      (a)  The CAF must be named as an "additional insured" on the aircraft owner's insurance, with coverage of $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage, subject to a sub-limit of $100,000 per passenger.  The "additional insured" should read as follows:

            "The Commemorative Air Force, Inc. (and the various Wings, Squadrons, and Divisions thereof) The American Airpower Heritage Foundation, Inc, The American Airpower Heritage Flying Museum, Inc, The American Airpower Heritage Museum, Inc, Steve Brown, President, PO Box 62000, Midland, Texas 7911-2000"

      (b)  A waiver of subrogation is provided in favor of the CAF.

      (c)  A written confirmation is provided by the aircraft owner's insurance company stating that the policy covers the intended use of the aircraft for that event.
