Dues for the calendar year 2008 are $25.00, and can be sent to TRARON at the above address. Please remember that if you are delinquent for any dues from previous years, you must include payment for those years too in order to be current with your 2008 dues. The dues for previous years are also $25.00 per year. For those members who have already paid their 2008 dues, please note that you will also need to be current with the CAF and have a current proficiency report on file in order to receive your new 2008 FAST Card. If your CAF membership has lapsed and been renewed recently, or you have just recently joined the CAF, please send or fax in a copy of your new CAF membership for us to have on file. We will be sending out new cards, not just the stickers, as the 2007 cards expire on December 31, 2007. Those members who did not submit a valid proficiency report in 2007 will need to do so in 2008 before we can issue a new 2008 FAST card. Proficiency reports dated in 2006 will expire as of December 31, 2007, and any proficiency reports that are submitted in 2008 will count through December 31, 2009. Those submitted in 2007 will be valid through December 31, 2008. Please note that these reports must be filled out correctly and have the proper signatures if they are to count. You cannot sign off for yourself! If you need the proficiency report to count for yourself, you must have a second signature from another check pilot or lead in that flight, otherwise, the report will only count for the other members listed on the report. The proficiency reports can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to the above numbers and addresses. We have enclosed a member update sheet with this letter. If any of your contact information has changed, or changes at some point in the year, please complete it and return to us by fax, mail or e-mail. This will help us a great deal, as we have had several returned e-mails and letters. Thanks again for your support and we wish you all a very Happy New Year!
